Overview

CarXprt ("we," "us") may send SMS messages and emails to customers and dealership contacts to support platform activity. We operate two distinct messaging programs: account notifications and marketing & offers.

Who Receives Messages

Customers and dealerships who have opted in via our sign-up form. Each message type requires a separate opt-in. Dealerships may also be contacted to facilitate a verified buyer inquiry about their listed inventory.

Message Types

  • Account Notifications: Account alerts, updates, and 2FA verification codes triggered by platform activity.
  • Marketing & Offers: Platform updates, offers, buyer leads, and CarXprt news for users who have separately opted in.

Message Frequency

Varies based on account and platform activity. Typically 1 message per event or inquiry.

Message & Data Rates

Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to permanently stop receiving messages from CarXprt. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages.
